Shea Butter
Protects and nourishes the skin. Rich in vitamins A and E, high in antioxidants. Known to be anti-inflammatory, reduces free radicals, support collagen production and skin rejuvenation. Reinforces the skin’s lipid barrier, preventing moisture loss and shields against environmental stressors.
Coconut Oil
Protects, nourishes, and supports repair of the skin. Deep penetration of hydration, rich in vitamin E, antioxidants, essential amino acids and trace minerals.
Rosehip Seed Oil

Application
- A little goes a long way - this jar is potent goodness; there are no fillers only 100% nourishing oils. Start with just enough oil to lose the friction between your fingers. Apply and work into skin.
- If your skin feels too oily; use less and spread more - not just covering your skin but working it in.
- Post shower - Use the water on your skin for additional hydration. Do not fully dry off, lightly pat of excess water and apply the SacredSelf to your wet skin for the ultimate hydrating experience.
- Pre and post sun exposure - great for keeping the skin hydrated to help prevent burning and help soothe post sun kiss. (if you burn, do not apply oil until heat in the skin has dissipated)
- Use the SacredSelf as a self care ritual - apply head to toe. Noticing what each area of your body feels like. Do any emotions or thoughts arise? Are there areas that hurt or need attention?
