We want you to love your True North Farmacy purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how we’ll make it right.
Return window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return or claim. For verified quality issues we may extend this on a case-by-case basis.
How to start: Email support@truenorthfarmacy.com with your order number, photos of the item, the batch/lot number, and a brief description of your concern. We’ll respond within 48-72 business hours with next steps.
Remedies we offer:

Replacement for defective or damaged items.

Full refund to the original payment method when replacement isn’t possible.

Store credit (instant, plus a small bonus credit) to encourage exchanges and preserve value.

Returnless refund (keep the product, receive a refund) may be offered for low-value items or when returning the item is impractical.
Important — returned consumables are not resold. For safety and quality reasons, returned consumable products are never restocked. When an item is returned it will be disposed of, donated (where safe and permitted), or recycled as appropriate. Please consider the nature of these products and the resources that went into them before requesting a return. Of course, we are committed to ensuring our products are satisfactory and we happy to work with you.
Final sale / exclusions: Gift cards, sale items marked FINAL SALE, opened or used items that pose a hygiene or safety risk, and sample packs may not be eligible for return.
Damage in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery for priority handling.
Refund timing: once approved, store credit is typically issued within 24 -48 hours; refunds to the original payment method usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
